MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> (1) 7\/12\/1994 tarihli ve 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun<\/a><\/strong>16 ncı maddesinin birinci fıkrasında düzenlenmiş olan idari para cezası alt sınırı, 10\/11\/2015 tarihli ve 29528 sayılı Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yayımlanan Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği (Sıra No: 457)<\/a><\/strong>\u2019nde tespit edilen 2015 yılı için yeniden değerleme oranı olan %5,58 (beş virgül elli sekiz) artış esas alınarak, 31\/12\/2016 tarihine kadar geçerli olmak üzere 17.700 TL olarak belirlenmiştir.<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> (1) Bu Tebliğ 1\/1\/2016 tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.<\/p>\n
