Ekonomi Bakanlığından:<\/strong><\/p>\n

MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 31\/12\/2015 tarihli ve 29579 mükerrer sayılı Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yayımlanan İthalat Tebliği (İthalat: 2016\/1)<\/a><\/strong>\u2019ne aşağıdaki geçici madde eklenmiştir.<\/p>\n

\u201cGeçiş hükümleri<\/strong><\/p>\n

GEÇİCİ MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> (1) Bu Tebliğin ikinci kısmı çerçevesinde, 1\/1\/2016 tarihinden önce Türkiye\u2019ye sevk edilmek üzere bir taşıma belgesi düzenlenerek yüklemesi yapılmış olan Ek-1 kapsamındaki kullanılmış veya yenileştirilmiş eşyanın ithal izni için 1\/3\/2016 tarihine kadar (1\/3\/2016 d\u00e2hil) http:\/\/ith7.ekonomi.gov.tr genel ağ adresinde duyurulan belgelerle birlikte Genel Müdürlüğe başvurulması halinde başvurular Genel Müdürlükçe sonuçlandırılır. Bu madde çerçevesinde Genel Müdürlükçe sonuçlandırılacak başvurular için 5 inci maddenin ikinci fıkrası hükmü uygulanmaz.<\/p>\n

(2) Taleplerin değerlendirilmesinde genel evrak giriş tarihi ve sayısı esas alınır. Süresi içinde yapılmayan başvurular değerlendirmeye alınmaz.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Tebliğ 1\/1\/2016 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.<\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Tebliğ hükümlerini Ekonomi Bakanı yürütür.<\/p>\n
